I have naturally oily hair to begin with and very fine hair. Since I've been pregnant, it's gotten 10 times worse, and with my natural hair color coming thru (dirty/dishwater blonde) that color always looks oily it seems. My hairdresser said to try using baby shampoo and a light conditioner.
I'm looking for a shampoo I can get at a place like wal-mart or something.
You could also try Neutrogena Anti-Residue shampoo. It's only meant to be used once a week or so (and of course use a normal shampoo in between), but it does a great job of degreasing/degunking, especially if you use any product in your hair. Even if you don't use product, it still works great.
