I really hate complaining but my god im so tired i just want to cry!! My thighs are jut so sore like i ran miles and im their all ugly and veiny! My mother has awful vericose veins from having kids and their hereditary! Ughhhhhh.... Oh and my boobs andmy back, i feel so pathetic
I know how you feel. My mom has vericose veins and I started getting them when I was only 14! I hate my legs and I feel very self conscious about them and I refuse to wear shorts because of them. And I got even more when I was pregnant. Most women's vericose veins will go away after pregnancy, so if you didn't have them before, don't be too sad; they may very well disappear!
As far as leg cramps, I can't comment on that, I'm not sure what that could be caused from, but I'm sure it's nothing serious! Probably best to bring it up to your doctor just to put your mind at ease.
I had terrible aches for a short while and found that support hose really helped a lot.
My mom and sister told me to eat bananas because I wasn't getting enough potassium. Don't know how much truth was in that, but did try to get down some bananas.
