well i have reached 12 weeks and have my scan tomorrow...whoop whoop.
Is anyone else experience lower frontal abdominal pressure already? I feel like something is constantly pushing against my stomach! I am def already showing, and gets lots of stretching pains but this pressure is horrible!
And if i lean againt the counter or anything wow its uncomfortable!
I've not had this sensation yet with this pregnancy (only 10.5wks though). I remember it well from last time though. It used to be really uncomfortable if my tummy touched my desk, or the worktop when cooking or washing up. It didn't go away... Hope it's not too annoying! X
I m not sure but i think its because baby is coming from behind the pelvis and into the abdominal cavity area.. Its prob just a new sensation! I know around 12 weeks a lot of ladies say they cant lay on their bellies anymore because it hurts! Congrats
I had to take my tights off at work because they were doing my head in causing my belly to feel so uncomfortable pushing against my belly! Wouldn't have been so bad if I had shaved my legs lol I also had to keep pushing myself away from my desk as couldn't bare leaning my belly against it xxx
Well i found out the reason for the pressure and not being able to lean on my belly is because bubba is up high...only about an inch below my tummy button! Lol! So the little monkey has been pushing everything around so it has lotsof space to swim about!
thanks for replying ladies! And can oh so sympathise with the prickly legs scenario! Hehe
