Extreme hunger!!

Even though I am really queasy the whole day now, I am still eating, but it seems to have gotten out of control.

I am SO hungry all the time. I could literally eat for 24 hours a day.
Even if I have a huge meal, my tummy is rumbling 5 minutes after.

I am waking up every night at 2-3am with acutal hunger pains.

Is this normal??
I am honestly going to be the size of a bus by week 40. I have already put on 6lbs. 6LBS!!!

I don't have a problem with my weight, and I am not eating just for the sake of it, I am genuinely hungry all the time.

HELP

I'm exactly the same this time round, I thought I was just being greedy. I try not to eat everytime i feel it tho lol, I just get a cup of tea or a big glass of water. I do make sure I am eating enough though but just not snacking in between. In my previous 3 pregnancies I was floored with ms from just before 4 weeks right the way through and I've not had any this time which is quite worrying for me as I did have 1 MC and there was no sickness involved in that. I guess only time will tell. Fingers crossed

I love food, I used to just about manage one meal a day if that, now its loads of little meals!! Though couple weeks ago, I did the normal roast dinner at 4pm, then dragged hubby out of bed at 1am for another cooked meal!!
I think its normal, just make sure you eat as much healthy as you can as well as what ever your crave

***says she as she looks her only healthy...orange juice,...Unless icepops count!

Hey Mrs029,
I felt just like you - I was hungry all the time - weeks 4 through 8, I'd eat till I was full and then a half hour later be famished. I'd wake up at 1am starving. The only thing that made the queasy-ness go away was to eat also so I found I was eating all the time. So don't worry, you're not alone!
I've found that the last two weeks it's been a lot better, so hopefully it'll get better for you too.

Thanks girls.

I am eating proper food and not just junk, but seem to really want stodgy food. Must be needing the carbs!

I am just giving in to it really, as I did this with my dd and she is fine.
With my mmc I was dieting & on the treadmill everyday, and with my m/c, I wasn't dieting but I was definitely watching what I was eating.

This probably has no effect, but I figure if I do everything I did with my dd, then maybe everything will be ok this time!

I can always diet later.

me too....I'm always hungry. I had a meal about 2 hours ago and I'm already thinking about making something else....might try having a cup of tea see if it does stop me thinking about being hungry
