Hi hun, I was like this in weeks 4 and 5 but it has eased off int he last week or so. Now I just find that I am wakening up really hungry, but the hunger throughout the entire day has eased. Hopes yours does too!
can totally understand the hunger thing....its very normal though becus of the hormones....just dont restrict yourself alot ....dont eat junk food but embrace the hunger so it doesnt embrace you!!!! sticky beans to alll
I'm exactly the same this time round, I thought I was just being greedy. I try not to eat everytime i feel it tho lol, I just get a cup of tea or a big glass of water. I do make sure I am eating enough though but just not snacking in between. In my previous 3 pregnancies I was floored with ms from just before 4 weeks right the way through and I've not had any this time which is quite worrying for me as I did have 1 MC and there was no sickness involved in that. I guess only time will tell. Fingers crossed
I love food, I used to just about manage one meal a day if that, now its loads of little meals!! Though couple weeks ago, I did the normal roast dinner at 4pm, then dragged hubby out of bed at 1am for another cooked meal!!
I think its normal, just make sure you eat as much healthy as you can as well as what ever your crave
***says she as she looks her only healthy...orange juice,...Unless icepops count!
I felt just like you - I was hungry all the time - weeks 4 through 8, I'd eat till I was full and then a half hour later be famished. I'd wake up at 1am starving. The only thing that made the queasy-ness go away was to eat also so I found I was eating all the time. So don't worry, you're not alone!
I've found that the last two weeks it's been a lot better, so hopefully it'll get better for you too.
I am eating proper food and not just junk, but seem to really want stodgy food. Must be needing the carbs!
I am just giving in to it really, as I did this with my dd and she is fine.
With my mmc I was dieting & on the treadmill everyday, and with my m/c, I wasn't dieting but I was definitely watching what I was eating.
This probably has no effect, but I figure if I do everything I did with my dd, then maybe everything will be ok this time!
