Has anyone started doing pelvic floor exercises yet or is it too soon?
No one at the hospital or docs has mentioned it yet but if it gives me less chance of bladder issues later on then I am all for it. Just a little scared it will harm baby at all or is that silly?
I try to do mine every day but often forget or don't do enough. I'm off on hols soon so will hopefully be starting a routine - as far as I'm aware you can do them throughout and we should all do them anyway even without being PG.....whoops!
Ive always done them, I dont know why!!!!! So its automatic for me to do them now!! I find best doing them when I go for a wee, I always remeberd to do them then, then slowly got into the habit, of dong them twice a day!
