Cramping inside vagina

Hi ladies. Has any of you experienced cramping/twitches inside vagina during early pregnancy (around 4-5 weeks?). I felt some shooting pains on the vaginal walls esp. when I got up from bed.

Can this be a sign of AF coming?

I had a faint positive test result at 11dpo. Have not retested yet... I'm at 12dpo.

I've had shooting type pains through out, they come and they go, sometimes they are really intense too. The sharp shooting pains are usually caused by your growing baby pressing on nerves in your pelvis in addition to the stretching of ligaments. These particular kinds of pains only last a few seconds and shouldn't continue for long periods of time.
