Soo for the last few nights I have not been sleeping like at all!! I wake up every hour twist and turn its terrible. Last week I was out and asleep by 8pm every night. Now I can't sleep and its terrible. Oh and sometimes if I'm awake by like 3am i start to feel my nausea its awful but hoping its normal!
Aww, that's rough especially if you're working. I'm 5+1 but I have really noticed that I haven't been able to sleep, even though I feel tired I just toss and turn for hours. Tbh in my case I think it could be to do with having a lot on my mind rather than anything hormonal but could be a combination of both. I googled it last night in my sleepless state lol and found loadss of women saying they had insomnia in their first trimester. Really hope it resolved itself for you!
Its like you totally read my mind!!! 4wks1day here and last night was the worst night I think Ive ever had - fell asleep at 10, woke up at 11 to go to the bathroom, fell asleep til 3 and have been up ever since! Ugh sooooo tired!! And now off to work for half a day - hoping to get a nap in some time today!
Oh gosh - I had terrible insomnia in the beginning. Luckily I am not/was not working so I could just sleep whenever I could actually fall asleep. There's hope for you! Second trimester I started sleeping way better and other than having to pee every 2 hours in the middle of the night now, I've had no problems sleeping since then!
