I'm sufferring from this right now was wondering of it's normal? I read somewhere that it's a sign of miscarriage!
Besides that, is there anything I can do or take that's safe to relieve the stomach pains???I'm dying here and I have to work all day today!
I have this too. It seems to be if I'm not sick, I have diahorrea. I read about the miscarriage thing too, but then again lots of signs of a healthy pregnancy can also indicate bad stuff so I try not to dwell on that. I read that the hormone changes can affect your digestion. Plus there's been a bug going around here. Try not to worry.
I have this on and off all the time since week 5 and I am now week 11, my doctor said it could be the hormones creating chaos but he didnt mention miscarriage and I had a scan that confirmed that bubs is OK.
I wouldnt worry about it too much. Rice can help a lot with this I heard.
i have had diarrhoea / soft stools since i found out i was pregnant (2 and a 1/2 weeks ago) - been to docs a couple of times and he said nothing to worry about - hormones can either make your digestion slow down or speed up but baby will be ok as long as you drink plenty of fluids. you may have just picked up a bug - if you are still having it in 5 days time i would see a doctor just to make sure all is ok.
take care and don't worry! i've had it for over 2 weeks and our bubba is fine! xxx
I had it too at around 5-6 weeks. It's natural to worry. Have you been constipated? - it can be a symptom of constipation too! Just try eating dry toast, and also hard boiled eggs are known to bind. They say that flat coke can settle an upset tummy I think?! xx Hope it clears up soon xx
