No morning sickness - when should it start?

Hi ladies

I'm just under 6 weeks pregnant and I haven't experienced any m/s yet. I'm on cyclogest and progynova, so I've got sore boobs and cramps (although not sure which is due to pregnancy and which is due to the meds). I had 1 day of nausea at around 4 weeks but nothing since then. When does m/s usually start? I've read that no m/s is often an indicator of impending m/c due to lower levels of hormones, and I'm panicking myself out a little bit. My last pregnancy in August ended in m/c and I had no nausea at all with it so I'm trying not to stress myself out but I just would like to hear of some positive outcomes in the same situation.

Has anyone had the same? I know it may sound weird, but I'm actually WISHING I had all the usual symptoms, just so I could feel pregnant. So far I don't feel any different.

Carmen. x

Don't let it worry you. I never got morning sickness in either of my pregnancies (not even nausea), and my DD is healthy and happy, and this one seems healthy so far. Some people just get lucky.

Hi!

I wouldn't worry, I felt nauseous but no sickness until 7 or 8 weeks and now it is horrible... so enjoy the time that you have without it!

I also have a friend that has just had her baby and she had no morning sickness at all. She did have low hormones and the doctors kept a close eye on her and bubs and now she has a healthy happy baby.

It is worth remembering as well that the range for hormones varies and every woman experiences pregnancy differently. Try not to stress because this should be a happy time you enjoy

I had some nausea but it's only when I don't eat for a long time. Other than that that's it. Started at about 7 1/2 weeks.

I've heard between 6 - 8 weeks, if at all. I'm 6+1 today and so far, nada!

Spoke to my doctor today and she said not to worry at all about lack of symptoms.

Chin up and congrats!! Xx

Thank you so much ladies....that's helped me feel loads better! The problem is reading all these conflicting stories on the internet.....I must stay away from google!!

I should just enjoy this pregnancy and stop worrying It's hard though when you've gone through a loss before and you keep comparing symptoms (or lack thereof). Maybe one day when I do get m/s I'll think back to this day and wonder why I worried haha!
