I do sometimes. Usually it's from extreme morning sickness, but eating my crackers usually helps. Can't eat more than a few bites before I'm stuffed, which doesn't help for 8 hrs of sleep, does it? Haha.
Snacks are for me not enough anymore..I really have to get up and eat some oatmeal or a sandwich.. I can't eat a lot either I get so fast full so I have to snack like 6 to 8 times a day.it is annoying.
I had the same problem early on too. I had a hard time eating solids cause all I wanted to do was go back to sleep cause I was so tired. What I ended up doing was when I woke up really hungry in the middle of the night I would drink one of those ready made protein shakes you can buy in the store. It would only take a minute to drink and I was able to get back to sleep more quickly and it kept me full until I could get up and eat breakfast.
I'm always hungry, constantly waking up during the night either to go toilet or feeling hungry! I usually keep those drinking yogurts on my night stand and drink through the night so I don't disrupt my sleep having to wake up and eat something from the kitchen.
