I started bleeding this morning. browny-red blood, like the start of a period. enough that when I wiped it covered the toilet roll each time. I'm heartbroken and have a bad feeling. the hospital say to wait until my scan appointment on Friday, but I think I'm losing my baby got period type cramps too
I know but they've said they want do anything until Friday it was epads I rang they said "there's nothing they can do either way" and "the scan on Friday will tell us what is happening". I don't want to go to a&e as I used to work there and wanted to avoid it and go to epads!
Just wanted to wish you lots of luck. Its true unfortunately that there's nothing that can be done regardless of what's happening, try and rest and see what happens. I had bleeding with both pregnancies at around 6 weeks, and fingers crossed all ok so far xx
I took last week off as I had some issues with bleeding and scan showed an empty sac so had to wait for hcg levels, which thankfully more than doubled, but this bleeding is more than it was and I can't take time off night's as they would hate me as I'm the only one on and they would struggle to find cover! xx
Please go to A&E. You need to get yourself checked out. I can't believe they've told you wait. I had bleeding in both previous pregnancies and was told to go there immediately. Ignore what you've been told about waiting until next week, you can get an emergency scan. Take care xx
