Dizziness


Hi Ladies

Just wondering if any one else is suffering from light headiness/dizziness.

I havent felt right since i got up this morning and have lightheadedness and feel dizzy, i also have Nausea (buts thats th MS thats been developing over the last week). I have eaten and even lying down doesnt really help.

Anyone got any advice or had similar

Yeah I'm getting lots of dizzy spells. Thats what tipped me off to the pregnancy in the first place.

Normally if I just take a sit down for 5 mins it goes away and I'm back to normal.

I get dizzy spells often. If I just hold still and breathe for a moment it goes away and I'm fine.

All the time!
ecspecially at work because i stand and move all day.when i feel dizzy i have to just stop and lean down on my knees until it goes away as the last thing i want to do is fall over and get a concussion lol

yup its normal, its prob low blood pressure and MS. trying standing up slower and drink more water. Also low blood suger can cause it so snack regular I had with my first and have it again this time, its awfull but it does improve. last time it got better for me by about 26 weeks!!!! But I think it took so long because I was Anemic from about 16 weeks
