Hi MrsBroodyPant! It's funny you posting this thread as I posted a similar one with the title '3 weeks to go'.I too have spent the last 4 weeks pretty much in denial too...it all feels so surreal!I have to wait another 2 and a bit weeks before I can have my scan and have only taken one pregnancy test,so have pretty much just relied on that.I had my booking in appointment last friday and just went over the basics with the midwife where she told me I would need to make another apointment with her at 15 weeks to hear the heartbeat and check that everything is well.I can't actually remember if you hear the heartbeat when you go for your scan which will be at 12 weeks but it just seems like everything is just so far away to get the slightest bit of reassurance that I actually have a baby growing inside me!I really understand how you feel,it's so frustrating!

Hi lovecats.

Ive just read your thread. How have u managed to stick to one hpt? You have willpower! We can stick together on here until our scans and support each other. I dont know if u hear heartbeat at the scan....does anyone else?? Hopefully the next weeks will pass by quickly and we can put our minds at rest.
Xxx

Hey, add me to this list!

I'm going crazy too as I have no symptoms, well except tiredness early evening I keep googling cause of no morning sickness and it keeps making feel awful as it keeps saying ms is a sign of a healthy preg, however I know lots of people that weren't sick at all! I even had a 7 week scan and saw my little one, and saw the HB too.

Yes, at you 12 weeks scan you will hear and see the heartbeating, at my 7 week I heard it but very faint!

To be honest I don't know why I haven't taken another test...I sort of wish i'd done what you did and bought ten for my unbelieving days.Sticking together sounds like a great idea.I can't believe I may have to wait until 15 weeks to hear the heartbeat.I swear I didn't have to wait this long with my first and second....Oh well, keep me posted and hope you deal with the next few weeks ok,Take care!

hi!

My 1st wasn't actually planned and I was on the mini pill so had no periods anyway! It wasn't until I was about 11 weeks gone and my boobs really hurt then I thought maybe I am pg! It was confirmed with an hpt. It's funny thinking about it now as my boobs were hurting loads last week and I wondered how I went so long without knowing! After my scan I still didn't believe it as my boobs stopped hurting too! I didn't feel kicking till around 18 weeks and didn't show until around 26 weeks it was crazy!

So despite going through it once before I still worry about whether there's anything in there now!

Hi hun, I have my 12 week scan on 26 March too and the wait is just awful! I have felt pretty much OK too which is unnerving although, as someone else said, no period so thats always a good sign. Also if you were on clomid or other fertility treatment I imagine there is a possibility that your body is better adjusted so the hormone surges aren't bringing on any major symptoms. To be honest you worry if you have got symptoms and you worry if you don't - you can't win!

Am sure everything will be perfect; you will feel that amazing rush of emotion when you see that little baby bouncing or laying about on screen
