I have that kind of trouble when I'm NOT pregnant, but while pregnant it's worse!
This time I'm trying to fix it by drinking LOTS of water and eating more fruit.
Trying to strain scares me, and it ends up causing some spotting so I don't do that.
I'll definitely be stalking this thread in hopes of some answers!
I'm currently sat in a walk in clinic now due to this problem I haven't been over a week too, I now need to go but hurts to much and getting red blood when i wipe. (sorry too much info!) got stomach ache now and not comfy to sit! I have tried everything, from eating fibre, to orange / prune juice and over the counter medicine. Just hope they can give me something to sort it out!
Maybe not that best advice but - do you know of any foods that make you sick? Like for me --- if I suck on like 15 sugar free hard candies or eat a few servings of chips made with Olestra......Just an idea.
