Twinges, pinches and pulls

I've posted about this before but just wanted to kind of do a poll with you ladies...

OH and I DTD last night. It was not rough at all and was very gentle. I did O. This morning, I have twinges, pinches and pulls on the left side of my lower abdomen, near my ovary, and my right hip has this radiating, dull pain. I've said this lots so it's not new news but I had a miscarriage last cycle and I'm just worried... can orgasm be harmful in early pregnancy? I have had twinges, pinches and pulls like this, on both sides, without DTD, so they might just happen and might be coincidence it's right after that last night. I hope it's just normal but a little concerned. There wasn't any pain or even pulling or twinges after we DTD last night, it's just since I woke up.

Thanks!

Sounds pretty normal to me. I always accept pulling, even cramping stretching pains. But it's blood I'm aware of. So as long as you are not bleeding, I'd assume those pains are just the usual stretching, ligament pain.

I also miscarried so understand your fears of every niggle, but as I said, as long as there is no bright red blood, I'd say the sound normal.

I get them every day and I'm around 5 weeks

Okay, that's really reassuring! I'm around the same, 5 weeks. Also... other question because I'm new at this... when I see people writing 10+3, 7+5, etc., regarding how far they are, I assume that's 7th week, 5th day into that week? Lol sorry, like I say, new at this. I do get various pulls, twinges, aches, pains, cramps, all in various parts of my abdomen, lower back and hips every day. Like you say, after a miscarriage, I obsess over every niggle! Thanks so much for your response It's very reassuring! Also, since you and I seem to be similarly far along, how are your bbs doing? Mine are driving me crazy!!! So sensitive it's disrupting sleep and general activities! Anyway, that's a random digression lol, thanks for your answer to my original question

That's ok!! Yes. So say for example I am 5 weeks plus 3 days, it'd be 5+3, it's written like that for ease! I am due around the beginning of December, not quite sure yet as could be out by a couple of days!

My nhs are ok but they are used to breastfeeding, so they don't feel much different! I want to try and wean before baby arrives as I'm knackered and she still wakes!

I just hope I don't get morning sickness this time round! Never had it with son, but did with daughter.

Congrats again!!
