I'm 10 weeks and have AF cramps quite frequently. Its generally nothng to worry about unless they get very painful and if you start to bleed.
The pain can be attributed to your uterus stretching.

I also have a really annoying thing where if I get up quickly or sneeze/cough when lying down I get a spasm across my tummy. Been told by the midwife this is fine too and just a growing type pain!
Weird things, our bodies!!

Yep! Before BFP I was convinced I was about to start my period-- was not expecting to be pregnant so for days I kept thinking it was about to come! Finally figured out what might be up and took the test...

I had AF cramps throughout my 1st trimester and was told it's totally normal, it's your uterus stretching to make room for your new roommate

So cramps are really common in early pregnany!!

Well for me so far I've had no symptoms at all.... My cramps lasted 2 days and then faded away a couple of days ago..... Af was due today....... But didn't show!!........ Today instead I woke up with larger and tender boobs!.... ???

Cramps are really common around the time of af and infact throughout the first trimester due to ligament stretching, and a growing uterus. My first regnancy I didn't test until I was almost 8 weeks as he wasn't planned and. Had convinced myself I was having an exceptionally long cycle this time and af was imminent....he's 7 now lol. Xxx
