Early PG cramps?

Ladies,

I must admit-- getting my BFP this Tuesday was AMAZING! But experiencing these early pregnancy cramps are truly scary. My cramps are on and off before the BFP, and still here after the BFP. They are dull, no blood, just feels like my uterus is stretching. I took multiple tests to make sure I'm on track, and I have my Dr. Follow-up on Monday for everything.

Do any of you ladies experience this? Also, can you take regular tylenol for it?

Any guidance will be so appreciated! Thank you!

I had these cramps up to 5 weeks, at 4 weeks when they were the worst I actually thought af was due and thought I was just getting horrendous period cramps :/ turned out to be a BFP!!! I can't comment on the painkillers though as I never take them, sorry I'm not very helpful but congrats on your BFP and h&h 9 months!!!xxx

Thank you very much! Yes, it definitely feels like AF cramps-- just called my Dr. and she told me that as long as there is not vaginal bleeding and the pain is not SEVERE. I should be ok... I'm definitely monitoring this closely.

yep, I've had cramps up until this week. I felt the pregnancy before the test showed positive (buzzing in lower right side) and then once I hit 4 wks 5 days I had cramps lasting until a few days ago. Tylenol is said to be safe during pregnancy, in moderation, but maybe still check in with a doctor? What helped me was deep breathing, lots of water, and holding my hand on the spot (mild heat relief).

Yay you!

I'm having mild cramps too, I've been having them for around a week and a half but I've hardly noticed them because I've cracked a rib and was given codine (which I've now stopped!!). I've had several losses before and the pain is totally different, so I dont think you have anything to worry about!!

I am 4 weeks and 5 days today and I have been getting those cramps ALL DAY! I was a bit worried at first but then I did some research and it said it's normal as long as they aren't accompanied by bleeding.
