I have a 7 month old and just found out that I'm pregnant again. The only emotion I feel right now is shock. This was completely unexpected and I'm having a hard time wrapping my mind around this. I know this is a blessing and that I'll be okay once this sinks in but right now I'm still in disbelief. There will be a 15.5 month difference between my son and my new baby.. So I'm pretty much looking for some comforting words and for someone to tell me they've done it before. Thank y'all
Everything will be fine and they will grow up being able to play together which is lovely
I have 5 children already and I am pregnant with my 6th baby. My last was born 24th dec 2012 and this baby will be born just over a year later! I also have a 2 year old and a 3 year old plus two older siblings who are 8 and 12.
I think I can "one up" you all! Haha. Get this...Just after I had my 3rd baby (and 3rd csection) at only 7 weks post partum I found out I was pregnant!! When my 4th baby was born (my now 4th section and two in one year!) I had 3 kids in diapers. A newborn, a 11 month old who couldn't walk yet, a 2 year old still in diapers. Then my 4 year old girl. So 4 kids all 4 and under. It was insane!! But you get through it. I look back and reflect on how I was able to deal, all fond memories tho!! Enjoy it I miss those days now.
It sure won't be easy but it is still a blessing.
We got pregnant again unexpectedly...my youngest is 5 months and I am 9 weeks pregnant...they will be just over a year apart in age.
My 3rd and 4th are 16 months apart and that was hard! I can imagine this time around is going to be even harder, but so worth it!
Thanks so much for y'alls responses and kind words. I have a "planner" personality, so this threw me for a loop. But thank y'all so much. I'm glad to hear y'all are in the same boat as me and still sane lol! Thank y'all again!
