I remember feeling like this in 1st Tri when I was expecting my son. Disgusting ms and cravings for foods that I would never normally eat especially before lunch! I have barely eaten anything but pineapple and raw carrots for the last few days and now I'm going to drive to KFC for some very unhealthy chicken and fries!
Yup this morning I had everything I would never normally eat, White toast with real butter, bacon, 2 poached eggs.... Im usually more of a porridge or high in fiber cereal with fruit kinda person so this is gross! I also had a handful of sugary jelly sweets before I had anything else to eat this morning lol
So I'm actually eating it right now lol, glad I'm not alone with bad food cravings! Last time I lost quite a bit of weight in first Tri due to terrible ms and trying not to eat the bad foods i craved so you know what I'm not gonna deprive myself this time! Will just have to make up for it with extra good foods later. X
I ate McDonalds for the first time in 2 years a few weeks ago, and chip shop chips for the first time in about 4 years just yesterday! I also really want sweeties - the sour kind like those blue and pink cola bottles! Have been sticking to sugar free werthers butter candies but they're not doing the trick!
