4 weeks pregnant no sore boobs and very worried...
So, I'm 4 weeks 4 days and this is my first pregnancy.
I'm very worried about something going wrong
I keep reading everywhere about sore boobs which I don't have and it's making me paranoid! My boobs are fuller but not sore. Does anyone else not have sore boobs? I feel tired, really bad back ache and upset tummy.
Anyone else who is or has been pregnant not have sore boobs? xx
Aw thanks Claire! That's made me feel so much better!
I also got obsessed with testing - even though had four BFPs and tested yesterday after loads of wees and loads of water (thought I was getting a UTI so was drinking loads) and test was defo positive but as dark as I thought it would be and that stressed me out too!!
Did you find you couldn't eat as much as you could before in the early stages? xx
I never had sore boobs throughout my entire first pregnancy. Occasionally my nipples hurt when I was cold but that didn't happen till the third trimester. This pregnancy they're a tiny bit sore but only occasionally.
I found the clearblue digital helped to put my mind at rest re increasing hormone levels as they clearly state either 1-2, 2-3 or 3+ weeks post conception. The pink/blue line tests are more variable.
With both pregnancies I experienced nausea that could only be settled by regularly snacking during the first trimester. I also feel much hungrier when pregnant than not. Some people experience increased appetite when breastfeeding too but I didn't find this and lost the pregnancy weight quite rapidly afterwards.
But again, everyone is different. That was just my experience, quite a lot of women are turned off food when experiencing morning sickness and lose quite a few pounds in the first trimester.
