can i eat creme brulee?

HI there, I have bought some creme brulee's from M&S for dessert and was about to put them under the grill to toast the sugar but then realised i'm not sure whether I should be eating it!!!

Please can someone get back to me asap so I can eat mine - otherwise my hubby is going to eat both!!!!

thanks x

It's custard, right? I doubt it was made with unpasteurized eggs or milk but maybe you could check the label. I can't think of anything else that might be in there that you shouldn't have so I would gobble it up.
