When I'm not pregnant, ALL I drink is water, and lots of it. Now with the nausea and gagging, I can't stand the thought of drinking water and have been trying to find other things to drink- chocolate milk is my favorite at the moment but it's not exactly healthy to drink it all day long- but I want to, haha!
Anyone else having this problem? I feel very dehydrated.
i havent been able to drink water either so ive been drinking flavoured fizzy n still waters as they are much better for u than soft drinks! ive been drinking chocolate milk too, n if it is all u can drink right now it is better than nothing x x x x
I can't drink straight water anymore, but I mix 1 part grapefruit juice with 3 parts water. Cause the grapefruit juice is so strong, it makes the water taste better. I think the same could be done with apple juice, or cranberry juice.
If I do that 4 times a day I'm having 1-2 cups of grapefruit juice and 3-6 cups of water (depending how big my glass is).
hi im the opposite at the moment, normally all i ever drink is diet coke but its really turning my stomach even the thought of it makes me feel sick and all i can drink is water with lots of ice, funny how your body changes x
ice water goes down better in the evenings, but in the morning when i'm the most nauseated, it's bad! i had to go get IV fluids yesterday and it helped SO much- I felt halfway human again! i've been trying to keep water in my system but it's 6pm and all i've drank today is a small glass of apple juice and 1 bottle of water, and i'm starting to feel bad again. ugh!!
