They suggest to cut back on caffeine.

It's hard, trust me it is, especially when you are used to having at least one cup of coffee a day and at least 2 sodas a day.

I am trying my hardest to cut back on all, at least cut out soda. Not sure if I can completely cut out coffee though, that is going to be tough for me.

I carry on living my life as normal. No need to suddenly alter your diet completely, just common sense things really like pate and what not. I still drink fizzy drinks and always have done. Never been a cause for concern, i just dont think you should drink litres of redbull or anything high in caffeine x

They have caffeine free Dr. Pepper! I have one every other day or so. It might be the carbonation, but it totally helps settle my stomach when I'm feeling a little sick.

I don't usually like fizzy drinks that much but they're all I want during pregnancy! I assume it is ok to drink them in moderation.

I'd just be wary about the caffeine. Regular Dr Pepper, I'd drink 1 can per day, but I wouldn't have any more if it's a daily thing. The caffeine-free version, though, should be fine. I drink a cup of coffee most days of the week, and it's never caused any problems for my kids. Same principle.

A can of dr pepper has 28mg of caffeine and it is recommended you linit yourself to 200mg (in other words you can have lots of dr pepper...enjoy!) things like fanta sprite doesn't have any caffeine so another alternative!

I read at the hospital today that coca cola has 40mg of caffeine in it and the recommended daily allowance of caffeine is 200mg. So I wouldn't worry too much unless you're drinking litres of it a day. I have a couple of cans of coke a day but I've never been a coffee drinker so I don't worry about it x
