What did you have to eat today?


Share your last meal, or the best thing you've had all day. Food is important to pregnant ladies!

I remember a thread like this on here last time I was pregnant, and it was great for getting ideas about yummy and nutritious meals. Of course, it was also useful as a confessional for those of us who might sometimes prioritize yummy over nutritious. (We take that prenatal for a reason, right?)

Breakfast!

Two english muffins, toasted, with butter and raspberry jam. One piece of string cheese, and a banana.

Not been able to keep a lot down just recently, but having a good day today. I'm cooking myself a lamb roast for dinner. Yum!
I have previously been living on Gingsters Chicken and Mushroom slices as they were all that I could keep down!

Just shoved half a pack of mint Girl Scout cookies into my face before I could even realize what was happening.

Finally a day where I've just felt queasy instead of all out dreadful!

Hot cross bun
Yoghurt
Black grapes
houmous & oatcakes

Makes me sound almost saintly don't worry, dinner is going to be pizza! Finally able to eat so figured it might as well be worthwhile

i can feel ms kicking in so im making most of eating what i like.

I had plain bagel for brekki
chicken/bacon sandwich for dinner
sausage sandwiches with chips for tea.

then snacking on graze box punnets. x

I am about to embarrass myself...
6 biscuits and a cup of coffee
Two slices of buttered toast
Sandwich spread sandwich (1 slice of granary bread)
3 crab sticks with vinegar
2 cocktail sausages and a mini sausage roll
Strawberry corneto
Quarter of a jacket potato with cheese (finished toddler's meal )
Half a milky bar
Roast chicken breast and half a jacket
A fake magnum (mint Choc)
Squash

I go back to work tomorrow and hoping that by not eating my toddler's food I'll actually be a bit more healthy! Last pregnancy I ate far, far better

Lol, NotNic! My daughter is in daycare for many of her meals, but I always end up finishing the odds and ends of her dinner. And lately I think I've been making her portions larger to ensure that I DO get some leftovers!

Small blueberry lemonade and a Lean Cuisine (orange chicken with rice and edamame) for lunch. And now starving again!

Today all I had was a smoothie from Jamba Juice, with lots of fruit and Kale! I have been able to eat lots of fruit but for some reason after the smoothie I've been feeling pretty nauseous. Maybe it's just because I need something more food like and not liquid like in my stomach.
