Yes, can't believe how tired I am. Sure it wasn't this bad with my first!

I would say that's my number one symptom. I seriously took a 3 hour nap yesterday. And not because I don't get enough sleep at night, I get more than enough! I just can't ever seem to feel not sleepy.

Yep I've been soooo tired. Spent days laying on the sofa not doing much. The past two days however I seem to have either gained some energy or some motivation to do stuff. I've been to work today which was exhausting (it's quite a physical job) I still have some energy left but am very tired. Hoping that now my energy levels are starting to pick up a bit. Just do what your body tells you, if you're tired then rest if you feel up to doing stuff then do so but try not to do too much

Wow, quite a few of us in the same boat! Sorry your all feeling tired-it's hard work isn't it?
I think lo has woken from her nap, so no day nap for me today! Hope everyone gets energy soon. I do think it will improve in second trimester for us

Hey, if you've gained some motivation, do you want to come and do my ironing lol!!
Your right to say listen to your body though honey-it's growing a new person, it makes sense we are worn out!

Haha I don't even do my own ironing, I just don't iron clothes lol. I use my tumble dryer and fold when still warm and they don't need ironing. I'm wiped out now though after work today so chilling in the garden whilst my husband is doing a BBQ :-) perfect!!

I am super exhausted - I don't remember being this tired all the time with my first. I work full time and by 12:30/1 I am literally a zombie. My eyelids are SO heavy and I can't focus on anything!

I have found that if I eat smaller meals (I used to skip breakfast and have a huge lunch) that I'm not AS tired... still a little sleepy but not like falling over in a coma tired. I really hope this passes soon, I just started a new job a few weeks ago and I can't be sleeping at the desk already lol.
