sorry if this is a silly question... i tried to search and couldn't find if it had been asked before...
i have been having not cramps, but a feeling of tightness in my abs like i did too many crunches or sit ups... it is all over from the top of my stomach where my rib cage meets and out to my sides too... so did i do something to my abs or is this to do with pregnancy?
had to laugh when i read your question - that's exactly how i described it to my OH!! I've had it where you describe, and then also sometimes right down at the bottom of my stomach, just at my hip bones. Guess its just all the stretching going on in there!
i had this too. i actually noticed this before i found out i was pregnant, maybe it was just in my head then though. definitely noticed it a few times after i found out. i swear there's all kinds of weird stuff going on in there..haha
