Hi
Am 9 weeks, have decided to do without any pain killers @ all. I tend to have headaches that last for hours, but I just try and drink lots of water. Its even hard cos I work in a very high pressured environment.
I hev heard that paracentamol is safe, you might need to check with your doctor or pharmacists. If its constant I wud go to the doc.

Get well.
Xx

paracetamol, no more than 2000mg spread over 24 hours, that's the maximum

but even knowing i can take so many i only try to take just 1 (500mg) and maybe 2
if it doesn't get better.
if you have a fever however it's important that your fever goes down, the virus can't
get through the placenta but the effects of the fever aparently can so it's important to
kill the fever
