How accurate is the placenta gender theory?

Hey guys! I had a tansvaginal u/s today! this is the pic =)
Let me know what you think about the placenta theory! It's also called Ramzi's theory...
The picture is tilted to the left, I couldn't get it right side up.

If this pic was taken in sagittal view (cross section of the uterus in the vertical plane) then ramzi theory won't work. To truly see what side of the uterus the baby implanted on you need to view it in transverse view (horizontal plane). The person doing the ultrasound does this by rotating the transvaginal probe 90 degrees.
