Aches and pains; normal?

I'm 4w1d and not actually due my period until Wednesday as I have 31-36 day cycles and I also got a super early positive at 8dpo and then a 1-2 weeks at 10DPO on a clear blue digital
I've been having a lot of pulling/stretchy/stabby pains in my pelvic area and hips. I also have really really bad cramp in my left leg.
It's been 7 years since I was pregnant with my first so I've totally forgot what's normal and I'm in a constant state of panic!
Is this all normal?

Yes very normal. I had so many aches and pains, everything will be stretching with all the changes that are going on.
Congratulations on your pregnancy
