So ready for this nausea to go away now

Iím so sick of feeling sick...- anyone else? Iím almost 12 weeks, and for the past 8 weeks Iíve had horrendous nausea and food aversions. Literally everything makes me gag, except cream cheese bagels and Iíve lived on them for two days straight so Iím trying to limit myself so I donít end up 20stone heavier
Tonight I fancied chicken and vegetable pasta... that was until I started cooking it. Now the idea makes me feel like Iím going to vomit. I canít eat anything and it makes me want to cry because Iím a foodie

Anyone else wanna have a moan about their symptoms?

It's awful isn't it. I have really bad sickness too and completely understand and sympathise with you. I had hypermesis gravidarium with both my previous pregnancies and although I haven't been diagnosed with it this time it's still so bad. Throwing up constantly and so exhausted from it. Praying it eases off for us soon and we can look forward to making lots of yummy and hopefully healthy foods again that we can enjoy cooking and eating!

I sure hope so! I barely held it together cooking my daughters dinner tonight. Even the thought of food makes me nauseous. I miss eating well haha!

I hear ya. I've been on Diclegis since 6 weeks and, although the nausea seems to be getting better overall, I'm still having queasy moments and feel gaggy most of the time. I haven't had much of an appetite this pregnancy. There are some days when I'm hungrier than others and can't stop eating, but usually I'm forcing myself to eat just to keep myself nourished. It is a hard time and I can't wait until I can enjoy this pregnancy!

I'm currently 4 weeks and I'm dreading the sickness beginning. I didn't have it with my first pregnancy but I vomited loads with my second and felt nauseous with my third. I usually start at 6 weeks until 12 I do hope your sickness leaves soon and you can enjoy your second trimester x

So my nausea comes and goes, but my food aversions are killing me! Almost every kind of meat makes me want to vomit. Anything with any kind of flavor makes me feel ill. I'm living on crackers right now and I know I'm already gaining weight, but I can't eat much else! I'm ready for this to go away now.

AH yes, the morning sickness and food aversions. Horrible . Morning sickness doesn't usually hit for me until 6-8 weeks but then usually lasts until i'm about 16 weeks ish. I'm about 5 weeks right now and just starting to feel a little nauseous. Definitely didn't miss this part of pregnancy!

So I got weighed at my midwife appointment yesterday and found out that I've piled on 7lbs since 22nd December!! I was mortified. I'm blaming the fact that the only thing i could stomach for a whole week were Bagels smothered in cream cheese, haha!

Now that I've hit the magic number 12, suddenly I seem to be losing the nausea, though the food aversions arise just when i start to feel hungry. Thankfully, all I can think about atm is a Subway Salad, so at least that's somewhat healthy! Haha!! Hope you ladies feel better soon. First trimester is easily the worst for me. Blergh.
