My docs recommend vitamin b6 for nausea. Just check with your doc first.

I have to ALWAYS been snacking - the second i stop eating (okay more like 30 minutes after I stop eating) i always get hit with nausea.. So far my snacking friends have been:
Clementines
Wheat Thins
Grape Tomatoes
SunChips
Apple Slices
and at night.. Rainbow Sherbert

And gingerale is an absolute must for me - i slow sip so a single can lasts for hourssss

Sorry you got hit with this! but hopefully it won't last too long for ya! Mine started promptly at 6 weeks. Its been.. lovely.

Eating helps, but sometimes not all meals seem to sit well, but the nausea does go!

Ginger biscuits have also helped! I didnít think Iíd be happy eating biscuits as Iím put off sweet things entirely!

Eat something dry n small when you wake, then keep on top of small meals n snacks. Then another dry n small thing before bed.

I heard fizzy water can help too? But lemonade also seemed to work for me xx

Youíre lucky youíve dodged the morning sickness bullet for most of your first tri! Hopefully it doesnít last long.

I have a bit of a fear of vomiting so Iíve been trying all kinds of things to feel better:
Ginger tea
Ginger supplements
Grapefruit
Peppermint tea
Preggie pops with B6
Cheerios

I hope you find something that helps!

Ginger tea and biscuits here too.
Didn't know B6 could help, that's good since I take extra anyway!
I found eating dry crackers helped and drinking water, but you could also try travel bands

Ginger biscuits for me and fruit seems to take the edge off, i am only 7 weeks but have all day nausea especially when i go to bed ( morning is my best time )

snacking all day helps ( not sure my ever expanding backside will agree )
