I found eating often helps the most but I also love ginger. This time around I bought ginger hard candies online, but anything with real ginger in it should help a little bit. My nausea usually subsides around 12-14 weeks and comes back in the last few weeks.

The only things that worked for me were ginger ale ginger biscuits and milk ( helped the acid reflux)

I had hg on my first 2 and the only thing that helped was sipping on coke,sickness has just kicked in again on my 3rd and again coke does the trick,I do limit my coke but as my midwife and doctor always stated if it’s the only think you can manage then go for it

Sour candy for me... sour gummies, sour rainbow even sour skittles! Which I totally dislike skittles otherwise. Lemon in my water, must be cold water or sparkling.
Also, I notice it helps a lot if I eat late at night before I go to bed. If I go to sleep on almost full stomach, I feel soooo much better in the morning. That was adjustment, because I didn't used to go to bed with full stomach, but hey, it works.

Last pregnancy it was almonds and jolly ranchers. Yesterday it was chocolate. Today it's spicy pickles. I hope I can figure this out soon! Actually I think the BEST remedy last pregnancy was this little sticker with a tiny needle on it that my accupuncturist placed on pressure points on my wrists, then I could press on them for relief.

Around noon today the nausea subsided, my hunger came back. I've noticed that if I THINK about the food while I eat it, I get nauseated... so I'm almost like a robot and just trying not to think about it. Isn't that strange!?

I found sucking peppermint sweets (the little round hard white ones) helped well with nausea for me.

I ate rich tea biscuits first thing in morning before I got up it helped amazingly I had bad nausea but never really sick and once Iíd eaten them I was fine

I feel for you! Iím in the same boat and I just laid in my husbands arms crying tonight because itís gotten so overwhelming. Itís hard feeling so sick to your stomach when youíre already so fatigued and weak! Saltines and sipping sprite has helped me when it gets too bad. I hope it eases up for you soon!
