Dark spotting, worried. Anyone?

Hey ladies. I'm currently 7w2d. So last night, I used the bathroom before I hopped in the shower and noticed some dark brown with tinges of pink. I'm worried as I've miscarried once before around this time. (Pregnancy before last). Well, it didn't progress to red, get heavier, and I don't have any cramping...so that's the only thing giving me hope. The pink went away as well.. it just stayed dark brown today. I was originally booked for my first scan on the 18th at almost 9 weeks as I was waiting for my husband to be home from a deployment and see the baby with me the first time, but now I rescheduled to tomorrow late morning as I just need to know if everything is/isn't okay. I know some spotting is normal.. but it's still scary.
How many of you had dark brown spotting?

I had spotting (dark brown and some pink / red) with all 3 of my pregnancies (2 healthy boys and 1 MCC), all was attributed to subchorionic hematoma even with my MMC in January.
With my MMC in January, I'd had early scan which showed a low HB and baby measuring behind, but I asked for a repeat scan 9 days later and though everything with the SCH had resolved when I found out about my loss, it just seemed as though baby didn't make it past 6+6 when I should have been about 8 weeks.

Good luck with your scan, hopefully your case is just like my first 2 and it's just leftover IB or that placenta getting itself attached nicely.

All the best xx

I had it several times with this baby, at 5-6 weeks for 8 straight days, again at 9 weeks and again at 10 weeks. Then had spotting AGAIN at 28 weeks. Never figured out what it was but baby has been doing fine this whole time. It’s terrifying though, but incredibly common and usually nothing to worry about. Hope you can be reassured by your scan!

Thanks, ladies!! Scan this morning showed that everything was okay. Baby has hb of 145, measuring right on schedule. I'm still going to take it easy as I don't want to jeopardize anything.

I had dark brown spotting with my most recent pregnancy. Which was even worst because I was already high risk so naturally I went into a crazy panic since I didn't have it as bad with my other pregnancies. All was well at my scan as well. I actually had that spotting a few times through my first trimester.
