Quenching your thirst during pregnancy?!

Does anyone have a thirst quenching relief drink that's not very sweet? I'm so thirsty all the time but would like something else other than water at times. Any tips?

In the first few weeks, milk was the only thing that didn't make me feel thirsty again as soon as I'd finished!

Iced herbal tea. Caffeine and sugar free.

Do you juice at all? There are a lot of fruits and vegetables you can juice that will quench your thirst. Apple, collard greens, and lemon is one of my favorite combinations. It tastes like lemonade. Although recently I canít get enough of watermelon juice, which is naturally high in water. Hope you find something soon.

I'm living on iced tea and lemonade. Tea has so much less caffeine than coffee that I'm not worried about it. You can just add a little lemonade (or none) if you don't want the sugar.

Be careful with herbal teas, some of them aren't considered pregnancy safe, like my favorite jamaica (hibiscus) tea.
