Restless legs

I had restless leg syndrome last year (aparantly assosciated with my hypermobility and fibromyalgia) anyway the amatryptalin knocked me
Out on a night and the restless legs went away.
Well itís back because of the pregnancy and both me and my partner are at our wits end haha (atleast we will be prepared for our bundle of sleepless nights at this rate)
Anybody else have it? Itís common in pregnancy
Any ideas to relieve it?

I had this for a while - your post has actually made me realise itís been a good few weeks since it stopped. Iíve never had it before, was definitely new in this pregnancy (my 3rd)

I believe not eating bananas can help, also making sure you are well hydrated

I have RLS normally but it gets so much worse during pregnancy.
As I write this I'm laid on the sofa with Vapour Rub all over my legs.
Mine is triggered by exhaustion, so naturally it never goes in the first trimester!
