Elsa50501 is right, if your period was due June 26th and you backtrack 28 days to your last period which would be May 29th, that would put you at a guess around 8 weeks 6 days pregnant today. Medically they count not only the two weeks before your missed period but the two weeks before you conceived as part of pregnancy. This is all assuming you have a 28 day cycle and ovulated on your 14th day. If you have another ultrasound they will be able to see something by this point in pregnancy.

Good luck I hope you get some answers soon.

I would also like to mention that certain cysts can produce a positive pregnancy test, a very faint one but they can. I had an ovarian cyst last year that gave me a positive pregnancy test. Cysts can also be very very painful.

I'm also a bit confused did you get your period on June 27th or was it due and you missed your period? If it was due June 26th or 27th and you missed it then what I said above about being 8 weeks along would be correct if you did get your period on June 27th but you had a positive pregnancy test on June 20th it's very possible it was a chemical pregnancy or part of your cyst.

As I said though I really do hope you get some answers it must really suck being in limbo.

My first ultrasound with this baby (third kiddo) was at 5+5 and they were JUST able to see the gestational sac, fetal pole, yolk sac and the beginnings of a heart beat. The doctor said it was possible we were only able to see the heartbeat within hours of the ultrasound. Everything was SO incredibly small and hard to measure and confirm. I will be 13 weeks on Thursday and have had 2 more ultrasounds since then. (8+6 and 11+6) and everything looks amazing in there! Don't stress mama, the odds are in your favour of having a healthy baby!!

Finally had my ultrasound this morning.. went from just a thick lining last week to a very very very tiny sac.. which they say looks as if its in my uterus.. so the chances of ecptopic is getting smaller... im only about 5 weeks .. said its still just so early but in 1 or 2 weeks time they should be able to see more.and just to continue with my beta tests.
