I usually have a stuff-ed like nose at night but for a bit now its all through the day, the last few days Ive been sneezing way more than usual and have a constant tingle on one side like I need to sneeze but cant lol. Its soo annoying, and now my nose is on and off stuffy and runny especially at night which isnt normal. I'm not sick, I mean I feel perfectly fine other than that and some other preggie symptoms.
Anyone else experiencing this? Found any ways to make it better?
Ever since i got pregnant I've had that problem too. Dr said it's normal. During the day I sneeze a lot and at night my nose gets stuffy that I can't breath and have to wake up to put nose spray in. Putting nose spray before bed I find makes it easy thru the night.
Yeh, it's weird as it's not something I have ever seen as a pregnancy symptom but since I have been pregnant I have been exactly the same, really stuffed and sneezing loads! Hopefully it's another first tri thing! x
Hey hun i had this problem and couldnt breath a tall at night, You have to be careful using nasal sprays because your not actually ment to use them. You can use the vicks Rub but the thing i found that worked was KARVOL drip it on ya pillow at night after couple days i could breath again thank god for that lol xxx
