I had the same thing, so i went to my GP as i had burning sensation cramps too, and also my breathing went funny and still is. He didn't really give me an explanation for the achy arm/cramp, he just said my cramps where normal, and the burning feeling was reflux. Pretty useless if ya ask me, just a good job i've not had anymore. If i were you, i'd definatley go and get checked out hun xxx
Hmmmm, I would be tempted to go to a&e or epu. I had an ectopic and there are so many symptoms, however the shoulder pain going down to your fingers is slightly concerning combined with the abdomen twinge ( I never had any abdominal pain as such, it felt like a stitch).
Just to be sure I would go to a&e or phone nhs 24 (stress to them you are concerned about ectopic and you should be seen quicker.)
Unfortunately an ectopic is not something you can hang about with, it become life threatening very quickly.
I hope its not, and it may well just be unconnected however if you have so much a sa concern you must be seen asap. Mine was misdiagnosed on 2 ocassions and I nearly died due to the delay. Its not worth it! XX
