I understand how you feel. All i can say is try to rest when you can. Im 15 weeks now and my MW said it should pass very soon but im now going to bed at half 7 and getting up at 7 so nearly 12 hours and resting whenever i can. But each person is very diff. Just rest when you can and i hope you feel better soon :-)

I know how you feel. Trying to stay awake and focused at work has been a nightmare. Hopefully it'll ease up in the 2nd trimester... (please, please, please)

I've been trying to nap most afternoons aswell as getting at least 9 hours a night. TBH I still feel shattered most of the time but I definately feel better on the days I have a nap.

xx

i was very tired with my first pregnancy but its not too bad this time around, apart from getting up in the mornings! just dont drink any energy drinks, they'll make you feel even worse. drink loads of orange juice. the vitamin c should zing up your energy a bit.

hope it all gets better soon. xxx

God, I know. The tiredness is a real killer. Today I found particularly difficult. Do you know what it reminds me of? A really bad hangover. You feel tired and thirsty and a a bit sick as well. x
