Anyone got any advise on how i can keep awake at work !!!! Im falling asleep at desk !!!!
I wouldnt mind but im getting 9-10 hours sleep a night !!!
Ive got the windows open and drinking water constantly but i feel i could just shut my eyes and sleep !!
I understand how you feel. All i can say is try to rest when you can. Im 15 weeks now and my MW said it should pass very soon but im now going to bed at half 7 and getting up at 7 so nearly 12 hours and resting whenever i can. But each person is very diff. Just rest when you can and i hope you feel better soon :-)
i was very tired with my first pregnancy but its not too bad this time around, apart from getting up in the mornings! just dont drink any energy drinks, they'll make you feel even worse. drink loads of orange juice. the vitamin c should zing up your energy a bit.
