Light brown cm when wiped....

Hi girls,
Last night and this morning I noticed a very light brown cm when I wiped after the loo.
I have no bad cramps or anything but really worried now
I am about 5 weeks pregnant, is this normal???

It could be implantation darling? I had a full on bleed at the same sort of time and they think that was implantation. Easier said than done, but try not to panic

I had this at 6 weeks sweetie. I had pink spotting too but had an early scan and all was well. Try not to worry. I've seen loads of posts on here about the same thing too. You're not alone. Keep your eye on it & you could always give a quick call to the doc to put you at ease.

Brown is normally ok as brown means old, and unless there is cramping try not to worry! I have had CM of all sorts of colours!!

if it carries on, maybe call your local early preg unit for advice. The GP at this stage is pretty usless. x

If I wanted to get checked out what would I do??
Sorry, this is my first pregnancy and I'm freaking out a bit, I haven't met a midwife yet so who would I call?

Yeah, just go to a&e and they can check your cervix and book you in for an early scan - thought don't forget it would be completely normal for them not to be able to see baby yet before 6 weeks

I managed to find an early pregnancy unit nearby and they said just to keep an eye on it, and book an appointent with gp for monday or if it gets worse and I become more anxious call them back but they don't do scans at the weekend anyway.
I'm so nervous now I'm literally shaking

Please dont worry, it reallly really wont help! There are hundreds of us on here that have had brown CM, some people red blood CM.

CM is normal in early pregnancy, brown spotting...so it appears in yr knickers is also common. Brown blood is old blood like i said earlier, so its most likely from implantation.

I had brown CM back at 7 weeks after I went for a number 2 and had squeezed alot! it soon went after a day or two. I had 2 losses before this little bean, so im paranoid but i stayed POSITIVE!!! i called EPAU, they said their rule in early pregnancy is after weeing "wipe and throw, dont look at the loo paper" "unless you have red spoting in you knickers or cramps then dont worry, just take it easy"

Good luck, and if its still there monday pop to yr EPAU...but if they scan you, remember, there may well not be hardly anything to see yet as you are still really early!! xxxx
