Diet coke and caffine???

Ok...so I limit myself to drinking 2 cups of coffee a day. Thing is...i've got a real thing for diet coke!!

Any ideas what the caffine content is like?? I've been trying only to have one glass a day but really want more!

Do they do a caffine free one???

Yes they have a caffeine free can - it's in a gold can. I think the caffeine amount for a can of diet coke is 45mg.

hi

yeah they do a caffine free one, try this web address.

http://www.dietcoke.com/about-diet-c...r-products.jsp

And you could always switch to decaff coffee and have more diet coke until you find the caffine free 1!

Yep they do have a caffeine free one. I couldn't find any in Asda though and I bought their own brand version, which is actually alright! x

Usual amount is 300mg a day MAX, but ofcourse every Doctor has his/her own opinions. The only Caffeine I drink is tea, Caffeine free Pepsi is so delicious and tastes better than regular pepsi, what does Caffeine free coke taste like? Saw it but never tried it!
