7 weeks+4 days preg and symptoms slowly going away, normal or no?

Hi everyone,
I'm new here and I was hoping for some much needed reassurance
I had a missed m/c last april and I am currently pregnant and always worrying if I had another one. no matter what I can;t stop thinking " am I having another? will I know?"and its a bit maddening ^^;
so, what I wanted to know is, is it normal to slowly lose some preg symptoms this early on in pregnancy? I was so tired all the time at the start, and i always felt nauseous as well as the twinges and mild cramping of growing pains.
the growing pains have slowed down some, I don;t feel them as often as i used to, so is that normal till the next growth spurt?
my appetite is just not there even though I do not feel nauseous and some foods I just CANNOT eat due to a flavor or an ingredient like vinegar or carrots.
My breasts are hard and only the nipples are sensitive and (sorry for tmi) trapped wind and constipation are still around.

I'm so sorry that this is so long, I just can't stop worrying if I'm losing symptoms too soon and if losing symptoms means bad things. and how were you able to keep your mind from the " what if I m/c" questions. its saddening and stressing and simply won;t go away. any ideas?
thanks so very much for any answers I may receive
Meg

Hi Meg. Sorry about your loss, but congrats on the new pregnancy! I know symptoms can come and go but to be honest, the worries never do if you have already had one loss. Feel free to come to the Pregnancy After A Loss section. Lots of us ladies over there can relate to how you are feeling.

The worrying is awful isn't it, i have had 1 miscarriage and 1 missed miscarriage, and now if any symptoms disappear I am a nervous wreck. However we have to remember that symptoms do come and go and the worrying will do us no good. xx

I would just enjoy the break, they will probably come back with a vengence and last ages, mine came and went but lasted to around 16 weeks, I felt so sick,it was awful! Even now I have my moments with cramps, bleeding, pain and sickness and I have a perfectly healthy munchkin!

I'm 7 weeks and 4 days pregnant, I'm 34 and this is my 3rd pregnancy, I've never had a miscarriage b4 but am worrying more this time as I was only in my 20's when I had my other 2, I worry more because I was very sick from 6 weeks thru out with my other 2, and with this pregnancy I had 5 days of feeling very sick and now it's passed so I'm convinced something bad is going to happen. Has anyone else experienced this? Everyday is a big worry.

I asked the same question around 8weeks pregnant because if it wasn't for the pulling pains, i'd never have known there was anything in there. Hopefully not jynxing myself here, but it has been a breeze for me so far, just a bit of tiredness and nausea for 5 days only. I've had 2 scand now, one at 9+5 and one at 12+1 and both showed a wriggly little bambino with a good strong heartbeat. Try not to panic, it ruins the experience!

Hey
I just asked the same thing, i think i am out 9/10 weeks and everything has just stopped. I few ladies have replied to say they have had the same thing so feel a bit better now :-).

Fingers crossed for both of us
