my morning brought brown discharge and my first lot of morning sickness..anyone else?

last night i had my suspicions about the shade of my discharge but waited on it, this morning when i wiped it was a pinky/browny tinge in my normal mucus. Ok so I'm thinking the worst and keeping an eye on it hoping it goes away.

about an hour later i was making my daughters packed lunch and the smell of those cheese and pickle pita breads was enough to send me running to be sick/ This is the first lot of any sort of sickness I've had. I'm hoping the sickness is a good sign.

Anyone had anything similar? how did it turn out etc.

My name by nature is Mrs Worry About Everything so this really isnt good. I've waited so long for this bfp and now i'm so worried it will end badly and i dont think i will cope very well

My dates seem very close to yours and I also started with very slight brown tinge in my discharge yesterday and my first waves of nausea started this morning. So those two symptoms seemed to coincide with me too.

I was really reassured when I read your post!

i feel exactly the same as you hunni xxxx i cant answer about the discharge but the smell of things makes me want to puke aswell !!

I had a brown discharge but it was after sex and the midwife said not to worry to much unless it is bright red blood she said it was something to do with the cervix! Hope that helps xx

Kaylz-well i hope for us it's good news then. has your discharge gone, i'm scared to check but doesnt feel like theres anything there. i've come home to lie in bed hoping that will help.
did you talk to Dr or anyone?

Mine is coming and going - few hours yesterday and a little bit again this morning. Seems ok now though.

I spoke to my GP yesterday and he was very reassuring but he has booked me in for an early scan on Friday just to double check everything is ok. He seems to think there's a good chance it's just normal but because I've had some very mild period type cramps he thought it best they check

I am trying not to worry too much though (but it's so hard, isn't it?!)

Hi there, how are you? My name would be Mrs. Worry About Everything #2! It's strange but when I was 5+3 I had a little brown/pink spotting. Then at 5+4 I was hit with awful morning sickness. I have had small amounts of spotting on and off since. My morning sickness has gotten worse though so I don't know what to think and am booked for an early scan this Friday ( will be 6+3). Also the doc on Monday said there is blood in my urine, and yesterday I spotted a little pink and just before it happend the outside of my vagina stung a bit ( tmi!) , so now I wonder (am hoping) a UTI is causing this. I'm already taking antibiotics anyway since Monday since the urine blood was found!
Anyway just to say - me too, and I will post an update on Friday. Fingers crossed it will be good news

rarr now some has made it into my knickers TMI sorry!! was about the size of a pea, stil just brown coloured discharge.

Who thinks i should go get an appt with Dpcs tomorrow? DH will be annoyed as we only have one car and it means working from home which apparently isnt really helpful tomorrow. I just dont want to keep worrying if i shouldnt be, or if its bad to know now.

I am having cramps too but then i always have been

I think if you're worried you should get advice, if only to put your mind at ease a little. My GP just spoke to me over the phone - I didn't even need to see him to be referred for an early scan on Friday just to check everything is ok.

I've had a bit more brownish discharge too - started again this afternoon. Mine not like a pea but more like skidmarks at the front!!! (TMI I know - sorry!).

How did your sickness go today? My only major wave of nausea was this morning while I was driving to work but been fine the rest of the day. Probably struggling to eat as much as usual, but no vomiting or anything yet. How has yours been? Also I'm sooooo fatigued tonight - it was all I could do to wash the dishes and then I started crying cos I couldn't get the baked bean juice off a bowl
