My nipples have been getting a bit more tender each day and today I have woke up and they are dry and cracked

Anyone else?

Yep, I've had this for weeks now. You can use E45 cream, which helps.

Yep mine are really dry and sore, one in particular is pretty painful. Just figured its part of pregnancy and haven't paid much attention to it.

Treating and Preventin Dry Nipples

I had the same trouble with dry cracked nipples. I didn't want to use anything that wasn't natural since I was breastfeeding. I found Sweet Teets Nipple Stick. It worked really good. Super hydrating and didn't leave an oily residue, so I didn't have to wash my nipples before nursing. I've been using it all over my body!

Aquaeous cream will be fine hun.

TMI but my nipples have gone crusty, like they were when I was BF and the milk dried. Gross!
