When I was pregnant with my first I had a dull ache on my right side, I figured it was my baby growing on that side because I dont have a right ovary or fallopian tube, its empty there! I would always hold that side of my abdomen because I just knew that was my baby. my first sono appt came, and I WAS RIGHT. My little bean baby was on my right side. So MAYBE that's what it is for you, not sure, but I hope thats your baby letting you know "mommy i'm here" xoxo
It could be the ovary you ovd from working overtime to pump out those lovely hormones bubs needs! I had exactly the same thing (and was naturally afraid after 2 previous ectopics) but everything is fine. As long as the pains not severe and there's no spotting I think it's just all growing pains!
