7+3... bleed last week and now brown spotting

....exactly what it says above. I had a bleed last Wednesday and I was told it was a collapsed sac from a twin that didn't take. I then 'passed' the empty sac Monday night and haven't had any probs since. That's until tonight... I keep getting very sharp twinges in my side. It's not what I'd call painful, but just for that split second it's uncomfortable and makes me stop what I'm doing. I've also started spotting, a sort of brown discharge. I'm now worried that this could be something different, as I never had any cramps when I had the bleed last week. Anyone had anything similar???

Hey sweetie, when i have had bleeding in the past i was always told brown blood is old blood. It is very likely that it is residual bleeding from last week. Try not to worry and if it gets worse or turns bright red get checked. Sorry to hear of your loss xx

I agree with armywife... brown blood is old and if you passed something last week it could be left over from that but if it gets heavier or red you need to be seen... call your dr anyway maybe they can help put your mind at ease

I mc earlier this yr and EPAC warned me I would have a further bleed. I had two but passed very small amounts of brown discharge. I suspect this is what's left of your empty sac last week. Unless it's a fresh red bleed I wouldn't worry hunx
