DNA Testing while pregnant

The father of my little bean now has gotten back with his daughter's mother. Which is fine with me because he will still be involved with my baby. His girlfriend tells him to force me to do a DNA test because she doesnt believe my little one is his baby. I've spoken to her and I;ve told her "I'm not doing ANYTHING to please you, He knows he is the father and this baby is none of your business. The baby is HIS BUSINESS!" She flips out on him. He agrees that I should not do the dna test while pregnant.

My question is: What do you ladies think of a dna test while pregnant. I personally wouldnt do it, I'm afraid of miscarrying and I wouldnt want no one invading my baby's home.

You can have a DNA test done during 2nd tri but I would never. After the baby is born its a simple swab in the mouth and no pain to baby. Tell his GF she can shove it.

no way, i wouldnt do it, not to just please the other women...this is yours and his baby and as long as you both agree then she should just accept it and go and give herself a slap for even asking that of you......you are the carrying the baby and can cause risks, although im not entirely sure what the risks are im pretty certain that there must be some that would with doing a dna test......stick to your guns girly....wow some people really make me mad!!! haha or is that just my hormones!!! im shouting at the computer screen haha xx

Hun it's your baby don't let anyone pressure you into something your not comfertable with! Especially if the dad agrees with you. I really wouldn't risk it myself, especially not to prove something to a jealous girlfriend!
Good luck putting her in her place xx

hunny the gf is just being spiteful and she is making things difficult he knows he is the father i dont get why people like that get involved when its nothing too do with them , i would speak to him on his own and say if he wants a dna test he can have one but when the baby is born your not willing to risk your childs life for the sake of her xxx

Yeah, I wanted to kill her! (sorry) like how dare she! He is trying to kiss her butt because if she kicks him out she might not allow him to see his 2year old daughter. He agrees to wait till i give birth IF ANYTHING. which is fine bc my baby will be safe.

the risk of having a dna test while pregnant is: miscarrying and it can be harmful to the mother. the side effects are, leaking amniotic fluid, large amount of vaginal bleeding and other things.

they stick a thin needle into the baby's sac to draw fluid, its not always safe. there are risk of the fluid leaking, cause ur baby to pass

so NO. F her! Demanding to cause my unborn harm. The nerve of some people. I will be seeing my baby's father later on today, and we def will talk about all of this.
