Weird fluttering feeling?

Ok.. I'm only 9 weeks (and this is date is rock-solid, both LMP, FF, and several ultrasounds).
The past couple of days I've started feeling this buzzy feeling very low in my abdomen.

Its only noticable when I'm sitting still, isn't always apparent... sometimes if I focus I can feel it but sometimes its so obvious it pops in and I notice it when I wasn't even thinking about it.

There's no way this can be movement, right?

Well I know its not gas... I know my anatomy QUITE well and there are no intestines this far forward, lol.
Its just that its my first and I'm overweight... 2 things that are supposed to delay the feeling of fetal movement.
And even then... 'early' movement is documented at 12-13 weeks... so 9 weeks just seems CRAZY to be feeling it.

Lol... I'm not putting myself down... I think I actually qualify as morbidly obese, wear plus-size clothes, etc... to pretend I'm not overweight would just be self delusion. I try to 'own' it instead of letting it be a derogatory label... its just how I am... do I love it? Nope... do I hate myself for it? nope... I know I can probably change it a bit, but I'm fighting genetics and a metabolism that loves to gain and hates to lose.

Anyway, glad to hear my 2nd chin isn't as obvious to everyone else in that pic!

Maybe the fat is pushing on baby and making the movements more noticable? PMSL!!!

My weight never got in the way of feeling fetal movement. I can see how from the outside that might be true, but not from inside your uterus! Not much fat in there I think I would have felt my first earlier if I hadn't had an anerior placenta. Lots of women feel what is probably fetal movement and discount it because it's "too early" I think you are probably feeling it

Thanks, lol!!! I think it'd be so neat if it was fetal movement... just don't want to feel silly for thinking that if its just muscle spasms or something.

You're pretty and glowing in your pic anyway.

I had a bubbly/fluttery feeling at around 9-10 weeks. It only happened once, and I never felt it before in my life. It felt like a bunch of tiny bubbles floating up in that low down area. I know all my intestines have moved up at least 5cm by then (since I can feel my large intestines thanks to constipation). I still chalked it up to gas cuz it's supposedly way too early, but your post is making me think I felt movement.

Of course, at my last scan, the tech muttered in her scan recording that it was showing an anterior placenta, so who knows what the heck it really was.
