sort of painful cramps?

I've been having some kind of painful cramping for the past couple days. A few days ago I had some light brown spotting when I wiped but it seems to have gone away. I heard that mild cramps are normal, but how mild are they supposed to be? Mine are kind of painful, like the cramps I would get the first day of my period. It doesn't last long tho, a few minutes, and then it goes away. I get it a couple times a day. I wish I could just look inside myself and see what the heck is going on when it happens! Anyone else experience anything like this? Is it normal?

i have had cramps now since i found out when i was 11dpo!! Mine are just like af pains sometimes a bit worse, they dont seem to worry me any more now tho as doc and mw say their normal and also they seem to be becoming less frequent xxx
