we got bfp the first month we used cbfm... I didn't get any peak days just a load of highs... but I was using ic opk's too so I know which day I ov'd. we dtd the 2 days before the pos and the day of the pos and that was it.
Hi hun. In my 1st pregnancy (sadly ended in m/c) I got pregnant on 2nd month using it. We BD every 2-3 for most of the cycle then we BD on 3 highs and both my peaks. My 2nd pregnancy, I didn't use it as it was the month after my m/c (sadly ended in m/c aswell).
So last month we reset it (so basically back to month one) and I had a strange month of 15 highs and finally on the last day ot testing got a peak. We BD 4 days before my peak and on my peak and day after but that was pretty much it and got my BFP!! xx
For both my first pregnancy (which ended in an MMC) and this pregnancy, I used a CBFM (I had been using it for about a year before my first BFP with no success, but I have PCOS and was having very long and irregular cycles - see below for what I think also helped with getting our BFP).
Both times, we only BDed on my peak day - first time because hubby was ill, and second time because we were staying in his parents' motorhome (with them!) and had to sneak off to a hotel one afternoon
We also used Sasmar conceive plus, and I think that really helped us to get our BFP - we hadn't got anywhere with the CBFM before that, despite BDing at the 'right' times (and doing more BDing than we did both times I got PG).
Thanks everyone! This is my fifth month using the CBFM, I had ten highs, about gave up and then got a peak yesterday and today. BD'd twice yesterday (am and pm) and again this am. Hoping we caught that egg!
